Reinforced‑Modified PA66

Reinforced modification of PA66 is mainly realized by adding glass fibers or carbon fibers. Glass‑fiber filling is the most common reinforcement method. After glass‑fiber reinforcement, tensile strength, flexural strength and heat‑deflection temperature are significantly improved, while mold shrinkage rate is greatly reduced. Carbon‑fiber‑reinforced PA66 delivers higher stiffness and creep resistance with lower density, together with enhanced thermal conductivity and wear resistance.

Main Applications

Widely used for structural parts requiring high strength and dimensional stability, such as automotive cylinder head covers, engine mounts, door handles, locking systems, fan blades, gears and coil bobbins.
